COMPETITION FOR THE DESIGN OF THE ERASMUS+ PROTECTED LOGO<\/strong>
\nProject \u201cLa MEMOria che REsta\u201d – KA 210- SCH 000177533<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 PARTICIPANTS<\/strong>
\nThe competition is open to students from participating schools.
\nEach participant may submit one or more proposals, up to a maximum of 3.
\nThe work can be group or individual.<\/p>\n

2 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE COMPETITION<\/strong>
\nThe logo should reflect and communicate the meaning of our project \u00ab\u00a0The memory that remains\u00a0\u00bb that unites
\n3 partner schools in 3 countries and two associations: Italy, Greece and Germany.
\nThe drawings, whose authors bear responsibility, must be original and unpublished, . Participants certify that
\nthe logo is the result of their personal creativity, that it is their work and that the copyrights of other people
\nhave not been violated.<\/p>\n

3 FORMAT AND TECHNIQUE<\/strong>
\nThe drawing must be able to adapt to different sizes and uses with visibility and readability
\ncorrect, in most applications, it will not be higher than 3 centimetres.
\nFormat. Must be presented in DIN-A4 format
\nTechnique. Free technique, we recommend the use of flat inks.<\/p>\n

4 PRESENTATION AND DELIVERY OF WORKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

FIRST PHASE
\nThe participant or participants will deliver the logo design and their data in an envelope
\nsealed in A4 format, which must have the pseudonym written on the front. Inside the
\nenvelope:
\n– Logo design.
\n– Details of the participant or participants: name, surname, telephone number and contact
\nwritten on paper and inserted in a small envelope (type of letter) closed and with the pseudonym
\nwritten on the front of the envelope.
\nThe logos sent to the competition will be delivered to the school by July 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

SECOND PHASE
\nThe winning logo will be selected.
\nEach school will send the 5 selected logos to the following email: ithaki77@gmail.com
\nscanned with good resolution.
\nDeadline to send logos will be July 16th, 2024.<\/p>\n

5 CONCLUSION OF THE COMPETITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

FIRST PHASE
\nThe jury will be composed by the administrators of the Project\u2019s PLATFORM (professional designers).<\/p>\n

SECOND PHASE
\nA table with all of the 15 logos will be prepared and sent by e-mail to the coordinators of the different
\ncountries.
\nA jury of three experts will select the logo that they think is most appropriate.
\nThe jury will send the logo and the reason for the choice to the following e-mail

\nThe winning logo will be announced on 19th July 2024 and will be used for all documents
\nof the project.
\nThe jury will give its verdict based on the following criteria:
\n– Easy identification of the proposal with the project \u00ab\u00a0La memoria che resta\u00a0\u00bb which unites schools and
\nassociations from Italy, Greece and Germany.
\n– Innovative and creative design.
\n– Adaptability to any support for the dissemination of documentation and activities of schools and
\nassociations.
\nThe jury claims the right not to award any prize, if the quality of the product is poor.<\/p>\n

6 AWARDS<\/strong>
\nThe winning logo will receive a diploma and a gift voucher of 100 euros (taken from the project economies).<\/p>\n

7 INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP OF THE WORKS<\/strong>
\nThe winning work will remain the property of the participating schools, which bear the right to reproduce,
\nassign and use it as they see fit, or modify it if they deem it necessary, without any payment or against any
\nprovision of the author.
\nUnassigned logos can be retrieved within a maximum period of one month from the date of conclusion of the
\ncompetition in each school.
\nShould the retrieval not happen within a reasonable time, the organisation can dispose of the unsuccessful
\nproposals.<\/p>\n

8 ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES<\/strong>
\nParticipation in the competition implies full acceptance of the rules of the competition and respect for the
\njury\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n
