The European School of Karlsruhe offers education to approx. 1000 pupils, in three linguistic sections (DE, EN, FR), from 3-18 years. We require a teacher of Dutch (mother tongue) in class 10 (S5) of the secondary school. Applicants must have a Degree, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification and be a native Dutch speaker. Experience in international or European schools would be an advantage. The position involves 3 periods of teaching (1 period = 45 minutes) which may take place either in situ or online.

The successful candidate will be working under the authority of the Director of the European School, in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment, in a school with an outstanding academic record. The European Schools are official educational establishments controlled jointly by the governments of the Member States of the European Union. In all these countries they are legally regarded as public institutions. There are currently 13 European Schools in 6 countries.
