In a creative and educational project week, the P3-P4-P5 students engaged intensively with the topic of nature and environmental protection. Various activities were conducted that both imparted knowledge and stimulated imagination.

🦋 Butterfly Camouflage: Science to Marvel At
As part of the topic „Butterfly Camouflage,“ the children learned how butterflies disguise themselves in their environment. Through practical exercises and observations, they developed an understanding of the importance of camouflage in nature.

🌍 Learning About Environmental Organizations: Expanding Knowledge
The children informed themselves about various environmental organizations and their tasks. Topics such as climate protection, biodiversity, and sustainable development were discussed to raise awareness of global environmental issues.

🖼️ Posters for Nature Conservation: Creative Messages

With self-designed posters, the students advocated for nature protection.  Such activities promote awareness and responsibility towards the environment.

🎶 Songs About Nature: Musical Learning
The children attempted to understand and sing songs about nature. This not only fostered language comprehension but also interest in ecological topics.

💃 Dance to Vivaldi’s „Four Seasons“

Movement and Music to the sounds of Vivaldi’s „Four Seasons,“ the children danced, representing the different seasons. This creative expression promoted understanding of natural cycles and made the lessons lively.

 Math Game on Sustainability: Learning Through Play
In a math game, the students engaged with sustainability topics. They solved problems related to resource usage and environmental protection, thus learning to handle numbers and ecological issues in a playful manner.

💧Dance Representation of the Water Cycle: Art Meets Science
In a dance performance, the children depicted the water cycle. Through movement and dance, the complex topic was presented in an engaging and understandable way.

🏫 Beautifying the School Grounds: Practical Environmental Protection

The students realized what role environmental activists played throughout history in raising awareness of the harm pollution causes. The children were actively involved in the restoration of parts of our school.

This project week impressively demonstrated how diverse and exciting environmental topics are addressed in our school. Through creative approaches and practical activities, the children were instilled with a sustainable awareness of nature.

Our Nature and Sustainability Project Week marks the beginning of a long-term journey.
