Every year, the European School Karlsruhe organises a special charity event — the Burundi Run — to raise funds in support of meaningful development projects in Burundi, Africa. We are excited to announce that this year’s run will take place on Friday, 19 September 2025!

With the starting signal at 11:00 a.m., pupils from Primary (P1–P5) and Secondary (S1–S4) will take to the track, running not just for fun, but for a great cause.

Last year, thanks to the incredible support and enthusiasm of our students, families, and sponsors, we raised an impressive €10,181!
This year, we’re aiming even higher — let’s see if we can beat that total together!
